What's in it, and why

Melatonin — the one your body already makes. It's the hormone that tells your system the day is over, and supplementing it supports your natural sleep-wake cycle. Useful when your schedule and your internal clock have stopped agreeing.

Valerian root — used in European herbal tradition for centuries to support relaxation and ease the transition into sleep. The classic bedtime botanical, long before it was in anything.

Chamomile — the reason chamomile tea exists. Traditionally used to calm and wind down, without needing to boil anything.

Lavender — long-standing traditional use for promoting calm and restfulness. You already know the smell; this is the same idea, faster.
